vini, vidi, vici - training for the day (4/13/09)

today was deadlifts...only deadlifts. i am on the downswing of a migraine, so i kept it simple (and at home):

  • 65 x 5
  • 95 x 5
  • 135 x 5
  • 155 x 3
  • 165 x 3
  • 185 x 1
  • 195 x 1
  • 205 x 1
