...so much to do, so little time....

i have been working very hard on all levels, so the blog has been severely unattended. so, here is yet another catch-up post...

school:
everything is fine with school...i dropped back to one class this quarter instead of two since it was proving to be too time intensive with my new job. so far so good....the quarter is FLYING by.

work:
things are going great! i get along well with everyone, and from the first week people keep telling me how happy they are that i am there. i have also been asked if i am interested in coming on board full time. it seems that before i started, the only people that thought that an IT specific project manager was needed was the director that i currently work for. now, they have not only found value in what i do, they have made it a point to create a full time slot fora project manager, and they want me to fill it permanently.

rounds tonight were 3 minutes with 45 seconds rest-

3 rounds jump rope
3 x 15 medicine ball chest passes
3 x 15 medicine ball crunch passes 
3 x 8 volley ball leg lifts
3 x 15 trainer resisting leg lifts

3 rounds jab, cross, jab on the bag

3 rounds heavy bag
1 round uppercut bag

i am fighting a stomach bug, so i wound up having to leave with no more training....but it is back on for monday!!!

i am sick today so i went for a light workout...(plus, the gym is closed this week)

25 leg elevated crunches
25 left right toe touch oblique crunches
15 leg raises
15 modified pushups

then ...

15 neck nods
15 neck nos
30 front leg kicks (right and left)
30 side leg kicks
