...legs and glutes...(ya-hey)

i was hit hard with fatigue today for the first time during radiation, even after a LONG nights sleep, so i had to shot some espresso before my workout to get some energy. i was aiming for 100 reps of each exercise, but my legs got rubbery at the 80 mark. since this is my first session back starting to rebuild my strength, i will leave it here for today and increase my reps the next leg/glute session (on 6.9).

30 right leg scorpion tails
30 left leg scorpion tails
30 right leg calf raises
30 left leg calf raises

one round of -
20 squats
20 right leg scorpion tails
20 left leg scorpion tails
20 right leg calf raises
20 left leg calf raises
